Seul Custom Diving Systems est destinataire des informations recueillies sur ce site.

4. Durée de conservation
Vos Informations Personnelles sont conservées par Custom Diving Systems durant toute l’activité d’un compte revendeur actif.
En cas d’inactivité de votre compte revendeur d’une période supérieure à 1 an, toutes vos Informations Personnelles seront supprimées.
Font exception les données nécessaires à l’établissement de la preuve d’un droit ou d’un contrat qui peuvent être archivés, comme prévu par les dispositions du code du commerce relatives à la durée de conservation des livres et documents créés à l’occasion d’activités commerciales, et du code de la consommation relatives à la conservation des contrats conclus par voie électronique ou des factures.
5. Protection des informations
Nous mettons en œuvre une variété de mesures de sécurité pour préserver la sécurité de vos informations personnelles.

Vous disposez aussi du droit à la portabilité de vos Données Personnelles, c’est-à-dire de recevoir les Données Personnelles que vous nous avez fournies, dans un format structuré, couramment utilisé et lisible par machine et de les transmettre à un autre responsable de traitement.

Dans l’hypothèse où un Utilisateur décède sans avoir laissé de directives relatives au sort de ses Données Personnelles après son décès, les héritiers de celui-ci peuvent demander à clôturer le Compte Utilisateur du défunt, en nous contactant par E-Mail : contact@cds-pro.com.

8. Délais de réponse
Custom Diving Systems s’engage à répondre à votre demande d’accès, de rectification ou d’opposition ou toute autre demande complémentaire d’informations dans un délai raisonnable qui ne saurait dépasser 1 mois à compter de la réception de votre demande.
